The Hogan Family Foundation, currently working with 3 counties; Ventura, Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo; provides tote bags for children who are awaiting placement in foster care homes. Many of these children have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, drug use, etc. Typically, they bring very little with them. The tote bags provided by the Foundation are filled with items that the children need such as basic toiletries and a stuffed animal. The program has also expanded to accomodate infants' needs with baby care items.

Working with the children and family services coordinators in each county, the Foundation has distributed countless "My Bags" to children in need within the Foster Care System.
